Economic organization of the Maasai
-The Maasai were nomadic pastoralists who kept Livestock like sheep, cattle and goats for milk, meat and blood.
-They traded among themselves and also with their neighbours such as the Agikuyu, kalenjin and Taita.
-They practiced irons melting.
-They also practiced mining.
-Some sections of the Maasai e.g. the Kwavi practiced crop growing.
-They practiced craft e.g. made pots. -Raiding other communities for cattle.
