How do online lessons work?
After booking, open the lesson from your account. The classroom opens ten minutes before the start time. You need a supported browser, a microphone and an internet connection. A camera is optional.
Can I manage more than one child?
Yes. Add each learner to your family account. Each has their own bookings, homework and progress updates.
How do I pay?
Reserve a place, enter your M-Pesa number and approve the prompt on your phone. Your booking is confirmed when the payment is verified.
What if we need to cancel?
You can cancel an unpaid reservation from your booking page. Paid bookings cancelled at least twelve hours before the first lesson can request a refund. Contact support about technical problems or exceptional circumstances. See the terms for details.
