The meaning of Leisure
-Leisure may be defined as time when one is free from work or other duties.
-This means that during leisure time a person is free to do whatever he/she likes without following any given schedule.
-Leisure is understood as a time to relax. For example, at home or school, young
people have certain schedules that they follow, usually based on the expectations of their parents or teachers.
-The human body is made in such a way that it gets tired after working for sometime.
-For a person to be effective and produce quality work, he/she should rest or be engaged in an activity different from normal work.
-These activities do not task your brain, but give you rest from books and at the same time occupy you meaningfully.
-During these leisure times some people develop fully their God-given talents. For example, a person may become a musician, a footballer or a good swimmer through what they do during leisure time.
