-They are insatiable: they cannot be fully satisfied as they are endless and unlimited in number.
-They are competitive:They compete each other for satisfaction or for attention.
-They are complimentary:satisfaction
of some wants automatically leads to creation of another. When one acquires a car, need for petrol arises.
-They are universal:They are felt by all human beings all over the world.
-They are recurrent or repetitive: they require to be satisfied over and over again.
-They are habitual: continuous satisfaction of one want may lead to formation of habits. E.g one gets addicted to alcohol after taking it severally.
-They require resources:all human wants need resources to be satisfied.
