Answer Text:
Single-parent family:
This is a family which only one parent lives with the children, either the father or the mother of children. There are many reasons that bring about this situation such as:
-Rejection of a girl by a man after she gets pregnant.
-Some women not being interested in marriage and
thus deciding to have children out of wedlock.
-The death of one of the parents.
-Separation of the parents due to misunderstanding or divorce.
-Imprisonment of one of the parents for a long period of time, for example, life imprisonment.
